You really can get a noticeable difference on your mileage with some aerodynamic modifications.

The undercarriage is one area that does add drag. A simple airdam will cut a large amount of this down. A lip will do it as well, but an airdam is the easiest one to construct.

Adding holes ( not the best way ) to the bumper cover can help but the best way to fix this is with a diffuser. It is a little bit of work, but it will provide the most benefit.

Yes, I've seen people add holes to the rear bumper cover..... It DOES work, and it does reduce drag...... BUT it looks like hell.

Here is a user on 'The.Org', who has come up with a nice alternative, to holes.

I love the taco. I would put a taco on my car if it gave me better gas mileage.

Moved to Texas and work will begin to commence on the car again (working on helicopters pays much more than going to school to learn to work on them....)

Someone backed into my driver's side fender meaning it is time for carbon or fiberglass units and my tires are shot..ah the money pit that I love so much.

I visited TX. once with Chuck to help him bring home a 2001 ACR..... It was a great road trip, and I LOVED TX., it was Awesome !!
I wanted to bring the state of TX. back home to IL.with me.  Grin
