I noticed that soneone on the org said it would up the compression ratio to abou 10.3:1.. can the stock rods and pistons handle that stress while at the strip? I asked on there as well and was treated like an idiot...

Yes, of course the pistons and rods can handle 10.3:1 just fine.  The only thing limiting the stock internals is piston speed, or RPM.  (for NA motors, FI or N2O is a different story)
